Crunchyroll announced it has acquired the North American and worldwide rights to the anime film The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady's Treasure, excluding Asia but including India. The company will distribute the film together with Sony Pictures Entertainment.
The film is the first anime feature in The Apothecary Diaries series. Norihiro Naganuma directs at TOHO animation STUDIO, and the film is scheduled to open in Japan on December 11.

Series background
The third season of the anime began its first cour on October 2, 2026, with a second cour set to follow in April 2027. The first season aired from October 2023 to March 2024, and the second ran from January to July 2025. The original light novels are written by Natsu Hyuuga and illustrated by Touko Shino, published in Japan by Shufunotomo under its Hero Bunko imprint.
