Studios OLM and Toho Animation held a preview screening of the first two episodes of The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 on Sept. 27, 2026, at Toho Cinemas Roppongi in Tokyo. The event was followed by a stage greeting with voice actors Tatsumaru Tachibana, Aoi Yuki, Takeo Otsuka, and Natsumi Fujiwara.
During the greeting, Tachibana described what he called "spectacular mistakes" that occurred during the voice recording phase of production. He also said he was directed to stop playing Basen as disliking Maomao and to take a more balanced approach to the character.
