Crunchyroll removed the 50-episode Eureka Seven on Sept. 24, 2026, five days after adding it. The series is now unavailable legally in the U.S.
Crunchyroll added the 50-episode anime Eureka Seven on Sept. 19, 2026, then removed it five days later on Sept. 24. The streaming service gave no notice or reason for the removal, according to cbr.com.
As a result, Eureka Seven is currently not available to stream legally on any platform in the United States. The film Anemone: Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution has been moved to a separate listing on Crunchyroll.
The removal was not an isolated case. Crunchyroll also added and then removed the movie Flow between Sept. 19 and Sept. 24, 2026. The service also pulled Bakuon!! and Days of Urashimasakatasen days after adding them.
This follows a pattern of catalog changes in 2026. In July, over 60 episodes of Black Lagoon, two seasons of Blood Blockade Battlefront and Grimgar, Ashes and Illusions disappeared from Crunchyroll. Earlier in 2026, Crunchyroll removed Hunter x Hunter, which returned four months later in August 2026. In August 2026, Crunchyroll also removed all manga, light novel and manhwa titles along with most anime Blu-ray listings from its storefront.
