JR East Japan Planning has begun accepting applications through its Cheering AD service for cheering advertisements for the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED series, the company announced on October 14, 2026. The advertisements cover placements between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2027.
Under the service, fans choose the advertising location and design the advertisement themselves. Cheering AD handles the entire process, from obtaining advertising permission to design review.
Applications open four months before the desired posting date and close two months before the posting date.
Cheering AD is a fan cheering advertisement service that places posters and vision ads at stations. The theatrical release of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM ZERO and a stage event for the work at GUNDAM-Con2027 SIDE MAKUHARI had previously been announced.
