Katsura's credits include work on Macross 7 and Knight's & Magic. He also served as character designer and chief animation director for Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! and Synduality: Noir.
He was chief animation director for Grisaia no Kajitsu, Grisaia no Meikyuu, and Grisaia no Rakuen, and directed and designed the characters for the Utawarerumono OVA in 2009-2010.
