Two versions of Kanata Katagiri's Toyota 86 GT (ZN6) are planned, each priced at 4,290 yen with a base, clear case and battle-scene backboard.
Hobby Japan has announced two 1/64 scale diecast mini cars of the Toyota 86 GT (ZN6) driven by protagonist Kanata Katagiri in the TV anime MF Ghost. Both are planned for release in May 2027 or later, according to animeanime.jp.
The two versions are the Odawara Pike's Peak spec, based on the car from MFG Round 1, and the Ashinoko GT spec, based on the MFG Round 2 car. The Ashinoko GT version carries gold-outlined 86 decals and dedicated wheels that differ from the Round 1 design.
Each mini car is priced at 4,290 yen including tax and comes with a dedicated base, a clear case and a backboard featuring a battle scene from the series. Hobby Japan plans and manufactures the products, which are intended for ages 14 and up.
Pre-orders are being accepted at Hobby Japan's directly managed Post Hobby stores and at model shops nationwide.
