Naruto Mobile trailer shows Kawaki (Karma II) ahead of November 6 debut

The A-Rank character arrives on November 6, and the trailer recreates his fight with a Momoshiki-possessed Boruto.

Naruto Mobile has released a character trailer for Kawaki (Karma II), an A-Rank addition to the roster who becomes playable on November 6, according to cbr.com. The video recreates the fight between Boruto, possessed by Momoshiki, and Kawaki in his second Karma form, complete with a horn and seal markings on his left arm.

Yuma Uchida voices Kawaki in the trailer, while Daisuke Namikawa voices Borushiki. A theme song video for Kawaki (Karma II) was released alongside the character trailer.

Players unlock the character by collecting 40 character fragments, obtained through recruitment scrolls or with in-game Gold in the November High-Tier recruitment pool.

The game is developed by Tencent's Morefun Studios with Bandai Namco Entertainment and has so far been available only in China, with an international release planned as part of the Naruto anime's 25th anniversary projects.

The Boruto anime went on an indefinite hiatus in March 2023 to let the source material progress. Kawaki's Karma reactivation and his fight with Borushiki were depicted in Chapter 66 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, following Isshiki's defeat.
