Naruto Mythos TCG Set 3 'Akatsuki' Set for Global Launch

Bandai Namco says the Naruto Mythos TCG's third set will expand to the USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia and South Africa, with an Organized Play push.

Bandai Namco has announced that the third set of the Naruto Mythos trading card game, titled Akatsuki, will launch with a global release that extends beyond the UK, Europe and Turkey to add the USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia and South Africa. The company said the Naruto Mythos TCG will have global parity with Set 3.

Alongside the set release, Bandai Namco is expanding its Organized Play program. Approved Organized Play hobby stores in the United States will have the opportunity to receive Set 1 – 2nd Edition in very limited quantities, with only Booster Displays available.

The UK and Europe have just had their official release for Set 2. Special packs and team sets will remain exclusive to the UK and Europe.

Release timing

The official release of Set 3 is scheduled for early 2027. A listing from Unicorn Cards suggests the set could ship as early as November, though that timing has not been confirmed by Bandai Namco.

The Naruto franchise began in 1999 as a manga, with its anime airing in 2002.
