One Piece Mugiwara Store to open first US location in Los Angeles
The Los Angeles branch opens November 6, 2026, with a 3-meter Gear 5 Luffy display and reservation-only entry for its first week.
ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE, the official One Piece merchandise store, will open its first location in the United States in Los Angeles on November 6, 2026, according to animeanime.jp. The store is run as a joint project between Toei Animation and Sony Group.
The shop is on the second floor of the Westfield Century City shopping center at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90067. Inside, a roughly 3-meter-tall Gear 5 Luffy display greets visitors, alongside an interactive Surfing Chopper figure that talks to customers.
The Los Angeles store will also screen original video content available only at that location, and will sell limited goods exclusive to Los Angeles alongside items using original anime artwork. New Surfing Chopper merchandise will be on sale as well.
Reserved entry for opening week
From November 6 to November 12, 2026, entry is by advance reservation only. Bookings open at 18:00 Los Angeles time on October 22, 2026.
To mark the opening, a novelty gift fair will run at 10 Mugiwara Store locations in Japan starting the same day. The manga One Piece began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997, and the TV anime, which started in 1999, marked its 25th anniversary in 2024.
