According to animeanime.jp, the collection includes three distinct designs inspired by the series' mecha units. These include the black Unit-01 model, the red Unit-02 model, and the navy Mark.06 model.
The franchise has a long history, with the original Neon Genesis Evangelion TV anime series first broadcasting in 1995. More recently, a new Evangelion series was announced during the 30th anniversary festival event held in February 2026.
