Takeshobo's Takecomi! Marks First Anniversary With 4 Free Manga Titles
Takecomi! will unlock four popular manga series for 24 hours each from October 17 and reveal its annual favorite titles ranking the same day.
Takeshobo announced the full lineup of its first-anniversary campaign for the web comic site Takecomi!, which will run from October 17, 2026, according to inside-games.jp. The campaign consists of a "popular four-title free chapters mega expansion" promotion and the publication of an annual favorite works ranking.
Each of the four series will be free to read for 24 hours on its own day. 'Pop Team Epic' SEASON 1 through SEASON 8 opens the run on October 17, followed by volumes 1 to 14 of 'Made in Abyss' on October 18.
On October 19, volumes 1 to 12 of 'Gushing over Magical Girls' will be available, and volumes 1 to 12 of 'My Tiny Senpai' close the free-reading schedule on October 20.
Annual ranking splits into two categories
The annual favorite works ranking will be published on October 17, the same day the campaign begins. It is divided into two categories: an overall category and a next-breakout category.
An e-book campaign tied to Takeshobo's comics fair Bono Fest 2026 Autumn is also running alongside the anniversary events.
