WeirdCo Reveals Edgerunners: Burn Bright Cyberpunk TCG Set for Spring 2027
The expansion brings Cyberpunk: Edgerunners characters, weapons, cyberware and scenes to the card game, with foil finishes and a new chase rarity.
WeirdCo has announced Edgerunners: Burn Bright, a second set for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game built around the animated series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The set is scheduled to launch in spring 2027, according to cbr.com.
Edgerunners: Burn Bright brings characters, weapons, cyberware and scenes from the anime into the card game. The expansion follows the earlier Cyberpunk Trading Card Game set, Welcome to Night City.
WeirdCo said the set will include foil and textured finishes as well as a new chase rarity that the company plans to reveal later. WeirdCo co-founder Elliot Cook commented on the announcement.
Earlier Cyberpunk TCG plans
In March 2026, WeirdCo ran a Kickstarter campaign for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game. The first set, Welcome to Night City, is set for release on Nov. 6, 2026.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners streams on Netflix, and all 10 episodes of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 debuted on the platform on Oct. 20, 2026, four years after the first season. Cyberpunk 2077, the game the franchise is built on, was released on December 10, 2020.
