Acts of Blood Launches on PC Dec. 4, Consoles in 2027
Eksil Team says its beat-'em-up Acts of Blood arrives on Windows PC on Dec. 4, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions set for 2027.
Eksil Team announced that Acts of Blood will be released for Windows PC on Dec. 4. Versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are scheduled to follow in 2027.
The PC release had previously been the only platform officially announced for the game, making the console dates a new addition to the rollout plan.
The demo for Acts of Blood on Steam has drawn more than 1,500 player reviews, all marked Very Positive, giving the game an early measure of interest ahead of launch.
From solo project to studio debut
Acts of Blood began as a solo project from developer Fajrul FN before his friends joined and he took charge of Eksil Team. Last summer, Fajrul FN discussed developing the game and its inspirations, citing Sleeping Dogs, Sifu, Max Payne and Manhunt. The game was also spotlighted at last year's Summer Game Fest.
The game is set in the fictional Indonesian city of Bandapa and follows protagonist Hendra. The PC launch is dated for Dec. 4, with console players waiting until 2027.
