ALL.Net and Aime outage continues; next update set for November 8
Sega Fave's arcade network has been down since November 1 after unauthorized access, and some Bandai Namco Experience cabinets have stopped operating.
The official ALL.Net service information account on X said at 9:00 on November 6, 2026 that there is still no prospect of resuming the ALL.Net and Aime arcade network services, according to Game*Spark. The account said the next status report is scheduled for 9:00 on November 8, 2026, and apologized to users for the inconvenience.
ALL.Net and Aime have been suspended since 15:00 on November 1, 2026, in response to unauthorized access by a third party. ALL.Net is an online service for arcade machines provided by Sega Fave, while Aime is an IC-card authentication system that loads and saves play data.
The outage affects titles from other companies as well as Sega titles, including Bandai Namco Experience games such as Taiko no Tatsujin and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. Sega titles including CHUNITHM and maimai DX are also affected.
Cabinets stop operating
Some arcade cabinets reportedly stopped operating because offline operation of Bandai Namco Experience ALL.Net titles is limited to a maximum of 72 hours and license authentication expired. The affected Bandai Namco Experience lineup also includes Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. 2 Infinite Boost and The Idolmaster Tours.
On November 5, 2026, Game*Spark reported posts from game centers showing darkened cabinets and describing the severe situation.
