Aniplex and CYBIRD Reveal Revenge Adventure Game LunaReverse

Aniplex and CYBIRD announced the new adventure game LunaReverse on November 7, 2026, releasing a teaser visual, a teaser PV and staff credits, according to news.denfaminicogamer.jp. The title is planned for a simultaneous worldwide release on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite and PC via Steam.
LunaReverse is described as an adventure game built around a revenge story in which a witch ends up becoming a demon. Supported languages are Japanese, English and Chinese in both Simplified and Traditional forms.
The project is the first collaboration between CYBIRD, known for the Ikemen series, and Aniplex. CYBIRD handles planning and production, while Aniplex serves as publisher.
Staff and online channels
Hiroto Kuramasu of CYBIRD is credited as producer, director and creator of the original concept. The scenario is written by Tomomi Nakayama, whose credits include even if TEMPEST and CRAZY CHA!N, and by Ichiha of C-Garden. Character design is handled by Uganda, who worked on Fragaria Memories' Clark Stella and Lutare Stella.
A teaser site and official X accounts in Japanese and English, along with Instagram and Facebook accounts, have been opened. A release date and price have not been decided.
