Arknights adds permanent 'New Foundation' mode and Select Scout banner

Yostar launched the permanent event mode "New Foundation" in Arknights at 16:00 on October 28, 2026, according to inside-games.jp. The mode can be played repeatedly without consuming Sanity, and players collect the event item "Work Inspection Certificate" to claim rewards. The Rhodes Island Purchasing Department branch lineup refreshes at the start of each month.
Among the headline rewards is a new MARTHE sportswear outfit for Mountain called "Hardcore Rider", designed as riding wear for competitive motorcycle racers.
The event PV also introduced a changeable home screen background named "Restart", a profile icon called "Unchanging Things", a profile theme titled "Calculation" and an active furniture item, "Rebuilding Blueprint".
