Apogee Entertainment and Strollart will release Below The Stone version 1.0 for Windows PC on November 17, the companies announced. The game will be sold through Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store at $14.99, with a limited-time 20% discount.
Version 1.0 adds a new deepest layer, Layer 3, which brings nine new biomes along with new enemies, resources, dungeons and challenges. Both Layer 2 and Layer 3 will feature powerful boss encounters, according to gamebiz.jp.
The update also introduces new magic weapon tiers, nine new armor sets, accessories and achievements, and a new NPC called the magic craftsman. The finished game offers a complete adventure spanning three layers and 27 biomes.
Below The Stone has been in early access, with the community helping to shape version 1.0. Lead developer Mike Strollart commented on the release.
