Serafini Productions and Soft Source also revealed a companion horror game, BrokenLore: Miki-chan, set in a Japanese high school.

Serafini Productions and Soft Source announced that BrokenLore: ASCEND, a first-person psychological horror game, will launch on January 7, 2027. It is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, according to gamemeca.com.

The game is set in a version of Tokyo Tower reimagined as the Elysium Tower, described as Japan's tallest building. Players take control of two rooftop climbers, Ren and Yui, who run the channel SKYLIMIT.

Standing in their way is Rokurokubi, a Japanese folk yokai that stalks the tower. The creature appears as an ordinary woman, but its neck stretches and twists like a Snake.
