Chaos Zero Nightmare Marks First Anniversary With Season 5 Update

Chaos Zero Nightmare, the mobile roguelike RPG published by Smilegate and developed by Super Creative, released its Season 5 update on October 21, 2026, the game's first anniversary of service, according to techm.kr.
The update opens Season 5 and adds a new main story. It also introduces a limited anniversary character named Rosvise, who can transform during battle and combine two attack cards into one. A new mini-game called Nightmare Dream Park, centred on building a theme park, was added as well.
Producer Choi Seunghyun revealed the content plan in a briefing broadcast on October 20 that was livestreamed in Korea, Japan and North America. According to the plan, improvements including a speed-up function for core content such as Chaos and Sortie will be applied on November 11.
On December 2, the game's first multiplayer content, Union Operation Corebreak, will be added. A large roadmap covering post-Season 5 plans and the target for the game's first collaboration event will be revealed in December.
Chaos Zero Nightmare had its global official launch on October 22, 2025, and began service in China on May 28 this year. Super Creative's Epic Seven has passed its eighth anniversary of service.
