Chocolate Parade launches on Steam November 6 for 750 yen

WorldMap's multiplayer roguelike lets players build an army of sweets; a 15 percent launch discount runs for two weeks.

WorldMap announced on October 19 that Chocolate Parade will launch for PC via Steam on November 6, priced at 750 yen including tax. A 15 percent off launch sale is planned, running for two weeks from release, according to Automaton Media.

Chocolate Parade is a multiplayer roguelike action game in which players roll sweet-food characters and defeat enemies with heavy weapons while collecting coins. Defeating enemies and opening present boxes adds allies, letting players build an army of sweets.

The roster includes a waffle with a machine gun, a Baumkuchen with a laser beam, a donut that bombs a wide area from the sky, a Panjandrum-style roll cake and a churro that pulls in coins. Enemies include a pencil-sharpener-shaped robot, a wheeled toaster and a bathtub with a shower.

The game supports online multiplayer, with two-player offline co-op and up to three-player online co-op. A demo that lets players try part of the game on Easy difficulty is available on Steam.

From Magical Chocolate Night to Chocolate Parade

Chocolate Parade was announced around 2025 under the working title Magical Chocolate Night and was later renamed. Developer Browser Land released Tactics Greed in 2024, which held a 95 percent positive rating from 24 Steam user reviews at the time of writing.
