Cyberpunk 2077 Guitar Gig Mod Adds Six New Quests
Guitar Gigs Across Night City lets players perform at venues across the map, with Johnny Silverhand joining some shows.
A new Cyberpunk 2077 quest mod called Guitar Gigs Across Night City has been released, according to Rock Paper Shotgun. It adds six quests built around performing live music in Night City.
The mod includes a progression system in which players unlock new venues, attract bigger crowds and earn better rewards as they play. After performing a gig at a venue, players can return to play there at any time.
Players can also add their own songs to the setlist as MP3 files, although the in-game playing animations will not match the custom music. Johnny Silverhand plays along during some of the glitzier gigs.
Requirements
Guitar Gigs Across Night City requires ArchiveXL, AudioXL, Codeware, RED4ext, Redscript and TweakXL. Playable Guitar Weapon - Play Your Songs is listed as an optional extra.
In the base game, released in 2020, players can perform one gig with the band Samurai during the main story.
