Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor Hits Switch on 9th October 2026

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor will launch on Nintendo Switch on 9th October 2026, according to an announcement reported by nintendolife.com. The auto-shooter spin-off of Deep Rock Galactic is set to arrive on Nintendo's hybrid console later this year.

The game first entered early access on 14th February 2024, before reaching full release on Windows and Xbox Series X|S on 17th September 2025. Its Switch debut will mark the first time the title is available on a Nintendo platform.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor has been well received by critics, earning a score of 8/10 from IGN and 90% from PC Gamer. The game blends the mining and co-op themes of Deep Rock Galactic with the wave-based survival action popularised by Vampire Survivors.

Funday Games developed the title, which is published under the Deep Rock Galactic franchise. A specific release date for the Switch version has now been confirmed for 9th October 2026.
