Nexon, K League open FC Mobile family cup qualifiers Oct 24
Parent-child teams compete in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, with the 12 club representative families heading to finals on December 6.
Nexon and the Korea Professional Football League announced the 2026 eK League FC Mobile Family Cup, a two-person parent-child tournament played in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, according to game.donga.com. Club representative qualifiers begin on October 24 in Ulsan and Gimcheon and continue in sequence, with registration taken on site rather than in advance.
In the qualifiers, parent and child each play Attack Mode on their own accounts and their goals are combined for ranking. Ties are broken by the child's higher score, and then by the younger child.
The finals will be held from 4 p.m. on December 6 at the Samsung Freak Up Studio with 12 club representative families, in a semifinal tournament format. They will be livestreamed on FC Mobile's SOOP and CHZZK channels and the K League official YouTube channel.
All 12 representative families are invited to the K League Awards on December 7 and receive a one-night stay at Walkerhill, and a new Family Cup award category has been added to the K League Awards. The winning and runner-up families receive the latest smartphones.
FC Mobile is also hosting the FC Pro Mobile World Championship 2026, the top event closing out the first season of the official global esports competition FC Pro Mobile.
