Epic Games Store gives away Sker Ritual and Home free until Oct. 29

Sker Ritual, a co-op horror shooter, and Home — A Unique Horror Adventure, a 2012 pixel-art mystery, are free to claim for a limited time.

The Epic Games Store is giving away Sker Ritual and Home — A Unique Horror Adventure free this week, with both games available to claim until 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Oct. 29, Polygon reported.

Sker Ritual is a co-op horror shooter that can be played solo or with up to four players online. It uses a round-based structure in which Celtic gods grant Miracles, abilities and upgrades. On Steam, the game has nearly 4,000 player reviews rated Very Positive.

Home — A Unique Horror Adventure is a pixel art horror game in which the character wakes in a house that isn't his and investigates a murder mystery. The clues gathered and the actions taken determine which ending the player gets.

Home also includes a Postmortem Mode featuring a developer diary and gallery that explain how the game was made. The title was originally released in 2012 and was developed by BancyCo.
