Escape the Walls clones appear on Roblox as Steam page goes live
Pandorio Games' upcoming title opened for wishlisting on Steam on October 18, days after copies with similar names surfaced on Roblox.
Escape the Walls, the upcoming game from Pandorio Games, received a Steam wishlist page on October 18, shortly after multiple copycat versions of the game appeared on Roblox, according to gamerant.com. Some of the clones carry very similar names, including Escape the Wall.
The clones surfaced less than a week after Pandorio Games first showed Escape the Walls gameplay. Several Roblox creators said they used AI tools such as Claude to help build their versions of the game.
In the original title, players punch through walls and pick up rubble to escape a prison-like chamber. Pandorio Games revealed the first gameplay footage on October 14.
From mobile to Steam
Pandorio Games has largely worked as a mobile developer since its founding. In early October it launched its first Steam demo for Caravan Bazar, a co-op physics game.
Escape the Walls does not yet have a release date.
