ExeKiller Gets 505 Games as Publisher, Still No Release Date

Paradark Studio has found a new publishing partner for its first-person action-adventure game ExeKiller. In June 2026, the studio announced that 505 Games will publish the title on PC through Steam. The game can be wishlisted now, but its store page still lists the launch as TBA.

ExeKiller takes place in an alternate 1998, 20 years after the Great Fire Disaster devastated New York and the United States. Players control Denzel Fenix, a licensed bounty hunter for Helion Corporation who extracts S.O.U.L. biochips from fugitives. He travels in a hovercar called the Appaloosa across locations including Manhattan's ruins, scavenger-controlled Brooklyn, and a sand-covered Long Island.

Gameplay mixes investigation with combat. Denzel can examine crime scenes, question witnesses, hack, sneak, negotiate, and fight. Cybernetic upgrades grant abilities such as Bullet Time, enhanced strength, improved vision, and greater mobility. Player decisions can shift faction attitudes and affect later events.

The publisher change follows Paradark's original publishing partner stepping away from game publishing. Paradark previously suggested in a February 2024 developer diary that 2025 would be the release year. The studio has also received an Epic MegaGrant but stated it would not make ExeKiller an Epic Games Store exclusive. Screen Rant reported the publishing announcement.
