Fallout 4 Mod Dynamic Bottle Liquids Adds Refracting Beverages
The Nexus Mods release gives Nuka-Cola and other drinks see-through glass, bubbles and shifting air inside the bottle.
A mod called Dynamic Bottle Liquids for the PC version of Fallout 4 is now available on Nexus Mods, according to gamespark.jp. The mod replaces vanilla beverage items such as Nuka-Cola with bottles that appear to contain liquid.
The glass and the liquid refract the scenery behind the bottle. Shaking or tilting a bottle also moves the air inside it, and carbonated drinks produce bubbles.
The mod takes its inspiration from Half-Life: Alyx, according to the author. The author does not support Fallout 4 VR, citing the lack of a VR environment.
In the unmodded game, beverages were previously rendered as colored bottles regardless of their contents.
