Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Expansion Pass Out Now With Three DLC Waves
Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced three waves of DLC for Fortune's Weave, including new stories centered on four cut lords and playable Dagdan gods.
Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced on October 15, 2026 that Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave will receive multiple DLC releases, and the Fortune's Weave Expansion Pass is available now on the Nintendo eShop, according to Polygon.
Wave 1 arrives with the pass and adds four new weapons called Prototypes: the Sword of the Creator, Areadbhar, Aymr and Failnaught.
Wave 2 is expected during the 2026 holiday season and adds outfits and new allies. In Part 3 of Wave 2, players can take control of the Dagdan gods Aurora, Smyrnos and Jurah. The four Flame Lords — Cai, Dietrich, Theodora and Leda — receive additional outfits in this wave.
Wave 3 adds four new stories focused on the rival lords Anatolia, Talimun, Orchel and Bertrand, with no release date beyond 2027.
Cut routes return
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave launched in September 2026 and originally featured eight protagonists, but Intelligent Systems cut that number to four, a change the studio described in an AMA. Fans have been asking for the cut routes to return since launch.
