GAMEINDY shows The Last Debut idol-showrunner demo at Bangkok gamescom
The FMV title from Debuz casts players as a showrunner steering a five-trainee idol survival show; no release date is set and the event build is a proof of concept.
GAMEINDY showed a proof-of-concept build of The Last Debut, an FMV game built around running an idol survival show, at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 in Bangkok, according to 4gamer.net. The title is developed by Debuz and published by GAMEINDY.
Players take the role of a showrunner on NXT Project, a survival show run for the YINDY label, which is hunting for the next T-POP group. The game uses anime-style visuals that the article says are made with generative AI.
During performances, players decide which footage goes to air and pick camera angles in real time, and they manage conflicts among the five trainees. If a trainee becomes too stressed and wants to quit, the game ends. The broadcast screen carries TRUST and BANRATE gauges along with ACTOR ENERGY for each of the five.
Outside the control room, players can strengthen Creative, PR and Production teams to raise the show's quality. The story branches on player choices and has multiple endings.
Planned languages are English, Thai, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. No release date has been decided, and the build shown at the event is a proof of concept; the team plans a playable demo and a move to full release if enough wishlist registrations are gathered.
About half a year from start to show floor
GAMEINDY business team member Nichaphat Direkwattanachai discussed the project in an interview with 4gamer.net. The work began around March or April 2026, and the team brought it to event-ready level in about half a year. GAMEINDY had released a horror spot-the-difference game the day before the interview.
