Games Without AI showcase streams November 25, submissions close November 1

Dev Land Marketing's AI-free indie showcase opens Steam submissions until November 1, 2026, with games later found using generative AI removed.

Dev Land Marketing has announced the Games Without AI indie showcase, which will stream on November 25, 2026 on the All Ages of Geek YouTube channel, according to gamespark.jp. The showcase is open to PC and console indie developers worldwide whose games do not use generative AI for art, music or voice.

Submissions close on November 1, 2026. A community review and voting period runs from September 5 to November 1, 2026, and organizers released a public spreadsheet of submitted games on September 5.

A Steam event tied to the showcase is scheduled from November 25 to December 6, 2026, while promotion, media and community activities will continue until February 25, 2027. Organizers say games later found to use AI will be removed and their studios barred from future editions.

Sponsors are offering selected games free trailer, logo and Steam capsule art production from All Ages of Geek, along with one year of free marketing support from Dev Land Marketing.

Featured titles include Crimson Furnace by Dark Cocooning, STARCULT Night: Twisted Age by NOT A CAT STUDIOS, Foxy Dumplings by Soft Crunch Games, HIPS N NOSES by PepperStones and Cliff Kingdom by Most likely no reason for hysteria.

Context from the Steam Indie Connect event

At the Steam Indie Connect developer event held recently in South Korea, developers said Steam Next Fest is flooded with low-quality AI-generated games, so-called AI slop, and Valve staff said many employees are working on countermeasures.
