PlayWay S.A., Code Horizon and Feflik Games have announced Gold Dredge Simulator, a dredging gold-mining simulation game planned for release on Steam in 2027, according to gamespark.jp.
The game centers on building a business that dredges the waterbed to collect placer gold. Players restore an abandoned, dilapidated dredge ship by gathering its parts one by one, and worn components have to be replaced along the way.
Gold collected during operations is sold, and the profit is reinvested into the business to upgrade the ship and other equipment. Manual operation and a modular design give players control over the vessel's design and its operating condition.
