Gravity unveils Aiwan, no-download H5 game platform

Aiwan runs games in a browser with cross-play across PC, mobile and tablet, and is set for global launch in the first quarter of next year.

Gravity introduced Aiwan, a new H5-based web game platform that needs no download or installation, at Ragnarok Festa 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 7, according to techm.kr. The platform runs games with a single click.

Aiwan supports cross-play across PC, mobile and tablet on the same account. Users can also launch a game by pressing a play button inside a recommended short-form video, which the platform surfaces based on user interests.

The platform includes tools that let AI automatically edit and upload gameplay highlight videos, with rewards offered based on view counts. Choi Seong-wook, president of Aiwan, said measures against view inflation and bot rewards are being built into the system from development.

Aiwan's lineup centers on Gravity's Ragnarok IP and also includes The King of Fighters: Legends and Cross Gate: Eternal Saga.

Gravity is targeting pre-registration and an official global launch for Aiwan in the first quarter of next year.
