Graytail Gets Late 2027 Release and Outersloth Investment

Concode's mystery adventure about a vanished pilot is now backed by Innersloth's Outersloth fund, with Mega Crit's Casey Yano also investing.

Concode announced on October 21, 2026, that its mystery action adventure game Graytail is scheduled for release in late 2027, and that the studio has received investment from Outersloth, the indie game fund run by Among Us developer Innersloth, according to 4gamer.net.

Casey Yano of Mega Crit Games, the studio behind Slay the Spire, also took part in the investment, Concode said.

Graytail follows the search for a famous female pilot who vanished over the Pacific Ocean. Set 10 years after the disappearance, the story pairs a detective who suffers from severe headaches with the missing pilot's daughter on the case.

Players travel between five areas by motorcycle and solve puzzles by combining weapons with objects found in the environment. Combat centres on a cane as the main weapon, supported by sub-weapons including an umbrella and a frisbee.

The game's current Steam demo will end in November and be replaced by a new demo built around the revised combat system.
