Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 Adds Herrscher of Time
HoYoverse's October 23 update also brings the themed event Encounter♪ Toy House of Memories and a Part 2 epilogue story.
HoYoverse released the version 9.1 update for Honkai Impact 3rd, titled "Newly Shining Time", on October 23. The update adds the new S-rank character Herrscher of Time, a themed event and a Part 2 epilogue story.
Herrscher of Time is an Imaginary-type character who deals fire elemental damage. Her combat kit uses a "Recollection" skill and a "Weight of Life" mechanic tied to non-HP-reduction damage. A dedicated Drive Core weapon and stigma set were added alongside her, and the first 10 pulls of her themed supply are free.
The themed event "Encounter♪ Toy House of Memories" features Elysia running an arcade called "Encounter Miracle Shop" with an idle-growth system. Rewards include Crystals, Source Prisms, medals and a new Stars Traveler costume called "Dream of Slumber".
The update also released a Part 2 epilogue story titled "The Sea Sings with the Sound of Flames". Part 2 previously ran its main storyline, which the epilogue revisits from the Dreamseeker's perspective.
Honkai Impact 3rd will run an illustration cafe and a limited-time collaboration cafe starting October 31, as reported by gamemeca.com.
