Set in the winter of 1999, the story follows Fumiko, a former student council president, and her girlfriend Mika. It features multiple endings. In the narrative, Fumiko's secret is exposed by a close friend, and she plans to leave her hometown on a one-way train to Tokyo before Mika calls to ask for one more meeting before departure.
