IGN and Best Buy launch three weeks of GTA VI giveaways
Daily prizes run on weekdays from October 26 to November 13, with themed grand-prize bundles drawn each Friday.
IGN and Best Buy have announced three weeks of giveaways leading up to the release of Grand Theft Auto VI, according to IGN. A new giveaway will be added to the IGN Rewards page every weekday from October 26 to November 13.
The run opens with a brand-new PlayStation Portal. Prizes across the three weeks include TVs, headsets, controllers, soundbars and monitors.
Each week's Friday grand prize is a themed bundle. One example is the Do Not Disturb bundle, which pairs an LG 65-inch Class C6 OLED TV with an LG S60TR soundbar and subwoofer set, Govee Dreamview TV light strips and a vinyl copy of the game's soundtrack. Entering any single-item giveaway automatically enters the entrant into that week's grand prize drawing.
In-person event in Torrance
The promotion closes with an event at Best Buy's Torrance, California store on November 14, where the retailer will unveil a new gaming experience for playing the latest releases. IGN will film content at the event and hold an in-person giveaway there.
Grand Theft Auto VI is set to release on November 19.
