Mafia 3 Gets Native PS5 and Xbox Series X/S Ports With 60FPS

2K and Hangar 13 have released native PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Mafia 3, according to gamerant.com. The new ports add 60FPS support and technical improvements on console.

The update also brings quality-of-life upgrades, including better NPC AI behavior and improved achievement and trophy tracking. The same technical and quality-of-life improvements are now available on the PC version of Mafia 3.

The PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions are free for owners of the original PS4 or Xbox One version, including owners of Mafia collections that contain Mafia 3. However, pre-existing Mafia 3 save files on PS4 or Xbox One cannot be transferred to the new PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions.

The new Mafia 3 ports cost $29.99, with a limited-time 80% discount bringing them to $5.99.
