A full gameplay trailer for the unannounced Marvel Project Comet leaked online, showing third-person Combat featuring Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Spider-Man, and Black Widow, according to gamerant.com. The trailer presents the title as a next-gen mobile ARPG with 4-player co-op.
The footage points to a Touch-screen Control scheme similar to Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. Below the trailer, a screenshot of a recent Scopely job listing was shared, suggesting the unannounced title is Marvel Project Comet.
This is not the first time material tied to the project has surfaced. Last month, an earlier trailer for the unannounced game leaked; it first appeared on the Chinese video-sharing platform Bilibili and later spread to TikTok and YouTube. In June, Twitter user MultiverSusie shared a now-deleted post containing concept art and in-game animations. Several leaks since June suggest the project is a gacha game with loot boxes containing playable heroes divided into rarity tiers.
Marvel's wider games slate
The leak arrives while several other Marvel titles are in various stages. In August, Arc System Works' Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls released to critical acclaim, while Marvel's Wolverine arrived a month later to a less warm reception. The future of Arkane's Blade remains unclear following Xbox's mass layoffs, EA Motive's Iron Man game appears to be shaping up, and Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra currently has a general release window of 2027.
