Mistborn: The Well of Ascension Expansion Arrives November 18, 2026
Brotherwise Games' $25 expansion for the Mistborn deckbuilding game adds Alloy cards, a Coinshot ability and a cooperative Siege of Luthadel mode.
Brotherwise Games will release Mistborn: The Well of Ascension, an expansion for Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game, on November 18, 2026, according to Screen Rant. The expansion carries a suggested retail price of about $25 and supports one to four players in sessions of roughly 30 to 60 minutes.
Players will need the original Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game to use the expansion. It adds four character cards, dual-metal Alloy cards, additional metals, a Coinshot ability, character meeples and mission cards.
The expansion also introduces a new solo and cooperative Siege of Luthadel mode, in which players defend the city of Luthadel against Koloss armies. John D Clair designed it, drawing on Brandon Sanderson's 2007 novel The Well of Ascension, the second book of the Era 1 trilogy.
Brotherwise Games previewed the expansion at Gen Con 2026. Preorders are open through retailers including Game Nerdz, Gamers Guild AZ and Superscript Comics and Games.
