Monster Hunter Rise Soft-Launches on Android and iOS

Monster Hunter Rise appeared in a soft launch on Android and iOS storefronts today. The mobile version requires a Netflix membership to download and play, and the game is stored and run natively on mobile devices, according to Eurogamer.
The mobile release reconstructs the game's touch controls, including unique control schemes for each weapon. A new Recovery Button automatically selects the most effective item from the player's inventory based on health and status.
Challenge and Event Quests that were previously available as paid or temporary DLC can be unlocked through progression in this version.
Monster Hunter Rise originally launched on Nintendo Switch in 2021 and later came to PC, Xbox and PlayStation. Yesterday, Capcom announced that the game has sold 20 million units worldwide.
