HARRISONWORLD released Nightblood W: Guilty Wolf for PC via Steam on October 16, 2026, according to automaton-media.com. The game supports Japanese text and subtitles.

Developed by Midnight Fantasy Games, Nightblood W: Guilty Wolf is a pixel-art 2D metroidvania set in a cyberpunk world. The protagonist, Loret, the Wolf King, lost his memory after a betrayal by his organization.

Combat combines sword and gun attacks with a chain-hook action fused with bullet time. Bullet time can be held indefinitely with no usage limit, and nearby enemies are auto-targeted. Character progression includes a skill tree and equippable parts that grant two active and two passive skill slots, with rarity and stat variations. The game offers three difficulty modes: Story Mode, Extreme Mode and Hell Mode.

The developers cited Devil May Cry, Ninja Gaiden and Katana ZERO as influences. A launch sale offers the game at 1199 yen including tax, 20% off the list price.

A demo has been available since July 2024 and received updates, including Japanese text support in May 2025. Steam user reviews for the demo stand at 80% positive out of 26 reviews, giving a 'Positive' status.
