NightCoop Cyberpunk 2077 co-op mod opens beta October 23
The mod syncs the host's save, including NPCs and quests, and adds voting on in-game choices plus PvP.
The NightCoop mod for Cyberpunk 2077 will enter open beta on Friday, October 23, 2026, according to ScreenRant. The beta can be downloaded through the game's official Discord, and there is no ETA yet for the full release.
NightCoop adds two-player cooperative play to the Cyberpunk 2077 campaign. It synchronizes the host's save with the second player, covering NPCs, quests and the world itself.
The mod also lets both players vote on in-game choices, including timed ones, and it adds PvP.
Earlier multiplayer mods such as Cyber_MP let players roam Night City together but do not support the full campaign.
Multiplayer beyond the cancelled mode
Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10, 2020. Its official multiplayer mode was cancelled and ended up as a two-player arcade cabinet.
