No Man's Sky 7.10 'Forsaken' Update and iOS Launch Arrive
Hello Games' horror-themed update adds biomechanical ship modules and a larva tank helmet, as the game makes its debut on iPhone 11 and above.
Hello Games released the No Man's Sky 7.10 update, titled Forsaken, on October 28, 2026, alongside the game's iOS version. The studio's founder Sean Murray announced both releases, according to Polygon.
The Forsaken update adds haunted tech and biological horror collectibles that players scavenge from derelict hulks, abandoned freighters, dig sites and infested outposts. These mementos can be traded with collectors for biomechanical corvette modules, new cockpits and a ship interior set.
Players also get new weapon and space suit styles, including a larva tank helmet and a wriggling grub cannon multi-tool. The update adds seamless warping to nearby stars by locking onto a constellation without opening the map, along with new postal missions, a radial weapon selection menu and a minimal HUD mode.
The iOS version supports iPhone 11 and above, offers a free first portion of the game and comes as a single 4GB download. It includes all of the game's updates, including Forsaken.
Older context
No Man's Sky originally released more than a decade before this update. Forsaken is the fifth major update in the game's 10th anniversary year, following Remnant, Xeno Arena, The Swarm and Cosmos. Hello Games said it is already deep in planning for 2027.
