Persona 4 Revival Adds Velvet Room Details and In-Store Demo Tour
Atlus detailed Igor, Margaret and Marie and the Velvet Room's fusion features, and set demos at six venues from November 14.
Atlus has released new information on the Velvet Room and its residents in Persona 4 Revival, and announced nationwide in-store demo events along with a quiz marking the Persona series' 30th anniversary, according to 4gamer.net.
The company published profiles for Igor (voiced by Satoshi Shimada), Margaret (Sayaka Ohara) and Marie (Kana Hanazawa), the mysterious girl encountered in Inaba. The special Velvet Room location handles Persona fusion, skill inheritance, fusion accidents and fusion forecasts. Marie sells Skill Cards that let a Persona learn specific skills, and cards acquired are added to the lineup for later purchase.
The demo tour runs from November 14 to December 13 at six Yodobashi Camera and Bic Camera venues in five cities: Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. Visitors can choose a Story Main mode covering the early story and exploration of the strange shopping district, or a Dungeon Main mode featuring Yukiko's Castle.
Greeting events with Kuma are planned at Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Akiba on November 21 and Multimedia Umeda on November 29. Demo participants receive a P4R bottle holder and a large P4R/Metaphor shopper bag, and those who place an in-store preorder after the demo get a B2 promotional poster.
The 30th-anniversary Persona quiz runs from October 31 at 12:00 to November 1 at 18:00, drawing 50 of 100 questions at random from titles spanning Revelations: Persona through Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5: The Phantom X and Persona 4 Revival.
