Pocketpair Says Only Palfarm Is a True Palworld Spin-Off
Pocketpair's John 'Bucky' Buckley told the official Palworld Discord that only Palfarm counts as a true spin-off, and an MMO is among three known projects.
Pocketpair's head of communications and publishing, John 'Bucky' Buckley, said on the official Palworld Discord that he would only consider Palfarm the true spin-off of Palworld, and that the studio does not have four spin-offs in development, according to gamesradar.com.
Buckley also said that an MMO is in the works, which brings the total number of known projects to three.
The comments drew a line between the farming-focused Palfarm and Pocketpair's other Palworld-related releases, which Buckley did not classify as true spin-offs.
Wider Palworld line-up
Beyond the base game, Pocketpair has been working on other titles that use the pals, including a dating sim and a Harvest Moon-like game, which have continued to expand alongside the base game.
