Pokémon Bank to End Service on February 25, 2027
The Pokémon Company says Pokémon Bank will shut down on February 25, 2027, and players should move stored Pokémon to Pokémon HOME beforehand.
The Pokémon Company announced that Pokémon Bank will end service on February 25, 2027 at 7:00 p.m. PST, according to screenrant.com. Once the service closes, transferring Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME will no longer be possible.
The company advised players to move Pokémon stored in Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME before the end of service. Pokémon Bank is not currently available for download.
Pokémon HOME was released on February 12, 2020, and took over Pokémon Bank's duties. It supports only specific Generations, while Pokémon Bank allows players to transfer Pokémon from many older Generations into HOME.
