Nintendo Sets Pokémon Legends: Z-A Switch 2 Bundle for October 29, 2026

The bundle packs the base game and the Mega Dimension DLC on one cartridge and includes a Mystery Gift code for 100 Ultra Balls.

Nintendo has announced the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension Bundle, which launches on 29 October 2026, according to screenrant.com. The package puts the main game and the Mega Dimension DLC on a single game cartridge.

Buyers of the bundle receive a serial code for 100 Ultra Balls through Mystery Gift. The Mega Dimension DLC expands the story with the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa and spatial distortions in Lumiose City.

The bundle's Switch 2 Edition can also be played on the original Nintendo Switch. On that hardware the content is identical to the Switch software, and the Switch 2-specific features are not available.

Second year for the Legends entry

Pokémon Legends: Z-A, developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo, launched on Nintendo Switch on 16 October 2025 and later arrived on Nintendo Switch 2. It is the sequel to Pokémon X and Y and the second entry in the Legends sub-series.

Critics pointed to the visual limitations of Lumiose City in their coverage; on OpenCritic the game holds a Top Critic Average of 79/100 and a 65% critic recommendation rate. It is rated ESRB Everyone 10+ for Fantasy Violence and In-Game Purchases.
