Gravity is running a closed beta test for Ragnarok Online PLUS+, a new PC MMORPG that inherits the systems of the original Ragnarok Online, according to ZDNet Korea. The company has also detailed the official guide and archive pages built for the test.
The game supports cross-platform play across mobile and PC, with added convenience features. The official website hosts a guide board and an archive page with 11 menus covering world setting, monster, item, card, NPC and skill databases, alongside a simulator, world map and BGM.
In-game guidance and progression
The in-game guide system recommends hunting grounds by level range, quest routes, NPC locations and automatic movement to destinations. Players start as the Novice class and advance to first and then second job classes as basic and job levels rise, with the six primary stats being STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX and LUK.
Memorial dungeons such as MD Orc's Memory, MD Horror Toy Factory and MD Half Moon in Daylight yield equipment and enchant materials. Carried-over systems include Homunculus, Cute Pet, mercenary contracts, personal shops, cart storage, party item distribution and guild creation using Emperium.
