Roland's Final Fantasy XIV BRIDGE CAST mixer launches December 12
The collaboration audio mixer features a top panel with Chocobo (Alpha) and Omega, and plays the dungeon-entry sound effect at the press of a button.
Roland will release the gaming audio mixer BRIDGE CAST FINAL FANTASY XIV Edition on December 12, the company announced. Pre-orders open at 0:00 on October 31, according to game.watch.impress.co.jp.
The product is a collaboration model between Final Fantasy XIV and the BRIDGE CAST gaming audio mixer. The price is open, meaning it is not fixed by the manufacturer.
It keeps the basic functions of BRIDGE CAST and uses an original top panel featuring newly drawn Final Fantasy XIV characters Chocobo (Alpha) and Omega. The unit ships in an original package that can be displayed on a desk.
Roland said the mixer includes the official sound effect played when entering a dungeon, known as the "shaki" sound, as well as the sound effect for entering a F.A.T.E. (Full Active Time Event). Both can be triggered with a single button during voice chat or game streaming.
Where to buy
