Saros: Zenith Update Adds Boss Rush, New Game+ on October 19

Housemarque's free update also brings a Slow Game Speed setting, Auto-fire and 10 new Protection Modifiers to all Saros owners.

Housemarque released the free Saros: Zenith update on October 19, 2026, for all Saros owners at no additional charge, according to the PlayStation Blog. The update adds a boss rush mode, a New Game+ mode called Eclipse Layers, new trophies and new accessibility options.

Among the accessibility additions is a Slow Game Speed setting that slows gameplay so players have more time to react to attacks, and an Auto-fire setting that fires the weapon automatically when aiming at a hostile while reloading stays manual. Zenith also adds Motion Sensor Aiming.

New modifiers and Eclipse Layers

The update brings 10 new Protection Modifiers to the Carcosan Modifier system, including Corruption Melee Enhancement, and 10 new Trial Modifiers, including Hostile Regeneration.

Saros, set in Carcosa, was one of the highest rated action games of 2026.
